The food and wine were absolutely delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was so welcoming.
I can’t believe how incredible the Ballymaloe Festival of Food has been over the last two years — it’s truly an amazing weekend.
I’ve taken part in a cocktail-making workshop, an oyster-shucking class, and a Sauvignon Blanc wine tasting beyond Marlborough, which was just beautiful and really special.
Everything is local and from around Ireland, which I absolutely love, while also featuring speakers and chefs from all over.
