Graham Herterich, affectionately known as The Cupcake Bloke, is a renowned Irish baker, cookbook author, and entrepreneur based in Dublin.

He is the founder of The Bakery by The Cupcake Bloke in Rialto, Dublin 8, where he crafts a variety of baked goods that blend traditional Irish recipes with contemporary flavors. Herterich has authored two cookbooks, with his latest titled Cook: Traditional Irish Cooking with Modern Twists. This book reimagines beloved Irish classics, such as the 'mammy salad' and the chicken fillet roll, by incorporating modern ingredients and techniques. His earlier book, Bake: Traditional Irish Baking with Modern Twists, offers a collection of recipes that pay homage to traditional Irish baking while introducing contemporary flavors and ingredients. Beyond his culinary endeavors, Herterich has shared his personal journey, including a recent ADHD diagnosis and a period spent with the Carmelite religious order. These experiences have influenced his approach to baking and storytelling. He runs The Bakery retail shop in Dublin 8's Rialto with his husband, Daithi Kelleher, where he has made a name for himself by bringing an element of fun to his food.
