Cherie Denham is an author, cook, baker and preserver. She was shaped by her upbringing on a farm in rural County Tyrone in the North of Ireland. Cherie is Leith’s School of Food and Wine trained, worked as a teacher at Leith’s, has been a private chef and ran demonstrations and cookery classes from her home in Hampshire, England. The Irish Bakery was her first book and The Irish Kitchen is her second, they pay homage to the rich cultural legacy of her upbringing in Ireland. Cherie has written articles and recipes for Country Living, Food & Travel and Delicious. magazines.
