Kerrygold

Kerrygold is Ireland’s leading premium dairy brand, producing butter, cheese and other milk-based products using milk from grass-fed cows on Irish family farms. Founded in 1962 by the Irish Dairy Board (now Ornua), it has grown into one of Ireland’s most successful global food exports, known for its rich flavour, quality and strong connection to Irish farming and pasture-based agriculture.

Ballymaloe Foods

We’re committed to very high standards in food production and integrity in business. We’re proud to be a trusted brand and we strive every day to bring our ethos of hard work, dedication and Ballymaloe warmth to everything we do.

Cully & Sully

Cully & Sully love food. Growing up in Ireland’s foodie capital of Cork, they enjoyed plenty of great meals. Cully, the cook, knows that good food starts with great ingredients. They also love business (well, Sully does!), and the business of making good, honest, tasty food is what they do best. Cully & Sully began with pies in 2004 and grew to include their now‑iconic soups in 2006, which have since become Ireland’s number‑one chilled soup. Based in Cork and committed to responsible sourcing, sustainability, and nourishing food made simply and well, Cully & Sully bring those values to everything they do. They are proud to support the Ballymaloe Festival of Food, an event that celebrates the same principles they were built on.

HexClad

Launched in 2016, HexClad is the only true hybrid cookware available and is currently one of the fastest-growing cookware brands in the world. Developed with a patented laser-etched hexagon design that combines the best of stainless steel with a nonstick surface, HexClad's mission is to help every chef feel empowered in the kitchen, challenge the status quo and to never compromise.

Boatyard Distillery

The Boatyard Distillery is situated on the banks of Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, North West Ireland. Boatyard is Fermanagh’s first legal distillery since 1890. Our story began with a dream in 2013 when our founder, Joe McGirr, imagined returning home to his native Enniskillen. The distillery takes its name from the disused Boatyard it’s built on, making it unique as visitors can arrive just as easily by boat as by car.
Our partners and sponsors play a vital role in shaping the Ballymaloe Festival of Food, supporting a weekend that celebrates great food, great people and great ideas.
