About:

The Centre of Food Culture Ireland is a non-profit social enterprise that believes that by preserving and celebrating our food culture, past, present and future, we will enhance people’s relationship with food, connect them to the source of their food and the people who produce it. We are doing this by creating the first national centre of food culture in Ireland, founded in the Boyne Valley. We run Meet the Maker and Farm Walk events, our annual flagship Samhain Festival of Food and Culture and host Ireland's first online directory of Irish food producers, accessible on our website, as well as working on new projects linked to celebrating our food heritage and connecting people to the source of their food.
