Tara Gartlan Chocolate produces divine chocolate bonbons that are sure to delight! TGC has 5 rotating seasonal chocolate collections in which a different small Irish producer is used in the collections. Tara takes great pride in working with Banner Blueberries, Cloudpicker Coffee, Harry's nutbutter for her chocolates as well as growing a lot of the fruit she uses.  Everything we make is gluten free as Tara is a coeliac herself.
