Sarah & Olive is a Dublin-based olive oil business working directly with award-winning, small batch, single estate producers.  Every year olive oil sommelier and chef Sarah Merrigan selects the best olive oils of the harvest and brings them to Ireland. She is especially focused on early harvest high polyphenol oils.As you’d expect from a chef, Sarah is obsessed with great ingredients and during her time working in Barcelona kitchens she learnt that a great olive oil can make the simplest dishes and ingredients taste incredible.
