Garnacha is an Irish-made range of authentic Mexican salsas, created by Mexican–Irish founders Andrea and Andrew. Inspired by traditional family recipes and regional flavours from across Mexico, our salsas are designed to go far beyond the typical “nacho dip”. Each salsa is made using whole ingredients — dried chillies, ripe tomatoes, toasted nuts, fresh herbs and slow-cooked bases — layered for depth, balance, and versatility. From smoky chipotle to vibrant habanero and rich peanut salsa, Garnacha is about bringing real Mexican flavour into everyday cooking.
Our mission is to represent Mexican cuisine in Ireland with authenticity and respect, while showing just how versatile salsa can be — spooned over eggs, stirred through stews, folded into tacos, or simply enjoyed with good tortilla chips.
