We are a certified organic farm since 2008, based in Redwood, North Tipperary. We graze beef cattle, pigs, sheep and laying hens, with all produce being sold direct from our farm. We operate as a closed circle farm which means that we only feed our poultry, cattle and pigs homegrown feed, that is why we can be 100% certain our meats are soya free, as are our eggs. To promote our farm produce, we cook and sell hot artisan food. We offer beef burgers, pork burgers, sausage patties, fried egg & bacon sambos, and sweet/savoury omelettes(all of which we guarantee are gluten & soya free). Our focus is promoting the taste of our meats as we believe taste is directly affected by the quality of life our animals enjoy on our farm. We are a not a fast food outlet, nor are we high volume as we take the time to prepare our artisan burgers & sausages patties onsite to ensure we only serve the freshest of hot food. Any ingredients not from our farm are sourced from other local organic producers who apply the same standards that we uphold.
