Bia Beirut is a Cork based family run artisan food business celebrating the bold, vibrant flavours of Lebanon. Founded by Rabih & Pamela Farah, (He’s from Beirut, She’s from Cork), Bia Beirut brings traditional Lebanese cuisine to life using authentic Lebanese ingredients and high-quality fresh Irish ingredients, crafted in small batches with care and authenticity. From handcrafted cheese, breads and dips and other mezze, each product tells a story of heritage, seasonality and honest food. Bia Beirut is rooted in slow processes, natural ingredients and big flavour—food that’s meant to be shared, savoured and enjoyed.
