Sarah & Olive is based in Dublinand  works with some of the best oliveoil producers in the business.  Focusingon early harvest, small batch, best in class oils from sustainable producers inSpain, Sarah chooses the best olive oils of the harvest every year. Her rangeof oils are stocked in shops and delis all over Ireland

Sarah is an olive sommelier who alsohosts regular olive oil tasting and education events.
