Sarah Merrigan is a former chef and sustainable food entrepreneur who lived and worked in Spain for years. She was so inspired by the extra virgin olive oil and its potential in the kitchen whilst working as a chef in Barcelona that she decided to start her olive oil business.
Sarah & Olive is based in Dublin and works with some of the best olive oil producers in the business. Focusing on early harvest, small batch, best in class oils from sustainable producers in Spain, Sarah chooses the best olive oils of the harvest every year. Her range of oils are stocked in shops and delis all over Ireland
Sarah is an olive sommelier who also hosts regular olive oil tasting and education events.
