About:

Sarah Johnson is a pastry chef and cookbook author from California. She trained at the renowned Chez Panisse before relocating to London, where she led the pastry kitchen at Spring Restaurant and later at Heckfield Place Hotel. Working closely with biodynamic farmers has been central to her cooking. Her cookbook, Fruitful, draws on these deep relationships with growers to explore the art of cooking with fruit throughout the seasons.
