Mary O’Sullivan is the founder of Beara Bitters, an Irish cocktail bitters solution. Cocktail bitters are used in mixed drinks and food to add aromatics and flavour.

Before starting Beara Bitters, Mary worked on plant breeding programs with Teagasc and previously worked in Cork and Kerry monitoring a variety of marine life.

After deciding to try entrepreneurship, Mary decided to somewhat stick with what she knew and produce a product with a strong botanical nature.
