Joe has worked as a restaurant critic, magazine editor and reporter for the BBC Radio 4 Food Programme. He helped spawn the World’s 50 Best franchise and the bestselling international restaurant guide, ‘Where Chefs Eat’. For his second rodeo, after nearly 20 years out of the game, post Pandemic he returned to working FOH, with a CV that includes Sola, Bouchon Racine and Cubitt House. Now Head of Hospitality for the Public House Group, you’ll find him on the floor at The Fat Badger and The Pelican in Notting Hill.
