About:

Joanna Bourke Lawlor is an Intuitive Eating coach who teaches the Savour Method on retreats, workshops and coaching programs.  After attending Ballymaloe Cookery School and working as a private chef, Joanna taught The Calm Kitchen at the Fumbally Stables - a cookery class blended with mindfulness in the kitchen.

While working in the tech industry, Joanna trained in Intuitive Eating, a self-care eating framework.  These experiences are blended in the Savour Method - an approach to personal coaching rooted in the question - what are you really hungry for?  Exploring what we are deeply craving, both on the plate and in life, is the root to our satisfaction and contentment.
