Dave has been writing, filming, talking, training and proselytising about spirits (mainly whisky/whiskey) for the past 40 years. In recent years his main focus has been on looking at whisky/whiskey as a product that speaks of culture, place and people. His latest project is a film 'The Amber Isle' looking at Ireland through a whiskey lens (and glass).
