Andy Ferreira is the owner of two of Ireland's most renowned cocktail bars, Cask and Paladar in Cork City.

A seasonal and nature-inspired, farm-to-glass drinks menu is at the heart of Cask. Local flora from coastline to woods, root to flower, is researched in depth to determine which flavours can be extracted and developed into truly unique cocktails. Although time-consuming and complex to create, Cask’s drinks are accessible and fun. Each menu is visually stunning in design, frequently featuring hand painted images, and a changing theme and concept depending on the season, taking guests on a flavour journey of pure originality.

Paladar on the other hand is a Latin American inspired Cocktail bar and kitchen which sets out to capture the culture and vibrance of this remarkable geographical area through its unique food, drink and music. In its first year Paladar was nominated for a prestigious Tales of the Cocktail award in the best new cocktail bar in Europe category. It was also crowned "Best Overall Bar" two years running and is the current holder of the coveted cocktail bar of the year award.

Andy will be making a guest appearance at the Festival Bar on Saturday night along with hosting two cocktail hands on workshops in the Big Shed
