About:

Adam Byatt, London based Michelin Starred Chef and owner of three restaurants. Adam’s style of food is modern British with a French gastronomic influence. Each of his restaurants offer something personal to diners, albeit in different ways but all inherently with Adam’s style at the forefront. In 2006 he took the prominent site within the Old Town in Clapham and launched Trinity which has a coveted Michelin star since 2016.

Adam became Culinary Director at Browns Hotel in Mayfair in 2019. Following this Adam opened Brasserie Constance July 2025 as the Culinary Director. Adam was appointed Chair of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2024 completing a full circle moment in his career. More recent achievements include the Michelin “Mentor of the year” for 2025.
