Ingredients: 

We love serving these at our Ballymaloe Grainstore Yoga Retreats — the perfect, nourishing bite to ease you into a yoga session.
  • 280g coconut oil
  • 280g brown sugar
  • 4 tbs golden syrup
  • 500g gluten free oats
  • 100g gluten free flour
  • 100g dried cranberries
  • 50g sultanas
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • pinch of salt

Directions: 

Melt coconut oil, brown sugar and golden syrup together.
Mix in the gf oats, gf flour, cranberries, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and combine.

Bake in a tin (20 x 30 cm) lined with non-stick paper at 160 degrees for 25–30 minutes.
