Ginger-Sesame Dressing (use a hand blender):
Cut the broccoli heads in half and blacken them in a hot cast iron pan. Let them cool.
Prepare the dressing by blending all ingredients until smooth.
Chop the charred broccoli.
Use a mandolin to finely slice the cabbage and roughly chop the coriander.
Toss everything in a large mixing bowl with the dressing.
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
Serve the salad on a large plate and garnish with the toasted seeds.
